The Bungalowcraft Company C. 1913

By almost any standard, this plan is quite grand and very spacious. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main floor, a huge kitchen, dining room and living room with a beamed ceiling. There is also a room for the maid. Upstairs there is space available for two more bedrooms and a second full bath, though the write up declares it to be space for a "fine billiard room" so it's certain Henry Mencken was familiar with the Gamble house in Pasadena with its cool upstairs billiard room.
