The Bungalowcraft Company C. 1913
This footprint for this forward-gable bungalow plan is 26 x 48 ft or 1248 sf. The cost projected to construct is about $1 sf. We've included it here because of the variety of bathroom layouts that illustrate the variety. In the first, the toilet is just off the back porch with the sink and tub between the two bedrooms. The second and third plans (not shown) shows a modern layout and a Jack-and-Jill layout with the bath situated between the two bedrooms respectively.
